This week's book is called How to Be Nice To Yourself . It's a helpful little number containing exercises of self-compassion connected to your feelings, thoughts and body. It also contains a section on one's inner critic. I was amazed to find out that some people have such a powerful inner critic that it can affect their functioning in life. Most of the exercises were connected to mindfulness practices which I found a little esoteric. All in all a good read and three stars on Goodreads.
