This week's book is The Motivation Myth. What started as a book on motivation and how successful people were that way because they tried to succeed all the time turned into a how-to-guide on how to establish a business or how to lose ten pounds in a week. A complete self-help mumbo jumbo mentioning some stars here and there. I struggled to keep my eyes on the page yet alone finish the book. Although the title is promising the content is boring and trite. One star on Goodreads.
