Take 22


Finally a book I really, really enjoyed reading: Habits of a Happy Brain. Who knew happiness was so easy to obtain? The book contains pieces of information about the chemicals that ensure happiness and simple ways to boost them as well as a plan for making everything stick. The writing style was simple and to the point, the whole book just flowed, which I really liked. I am planning to start my new habit right away and I hope at the end of the fourty five days my brain will thank me for my decision. Four stars on Goodreads.
