Take 21


This week's book is Exercises of Non-violent Communication. It is a short book with lots of questions centered around themes such as empathy and proper communication. I enjoyed reading it, although I could not understand what the deal with non-violent communication was. It lacked psychological experiments and it was more of a reflective type of book. I also came across some exercises for relaxing my mind which I already knew. All in all, three stars on Goodreads.
