Another book that I read this week was Unf*ck Your Boundaries. It is a book on the topic of psychological boundaries. I was expecting some examples on how to reinforce those boundaries but apparently there was a workbook for that. All I got was a simple I feel...when you...I want. That's about it. Although it was interesting to read about types of boundaries, attachement types and communication styles the book needed to be more practical to satisfy my curiosity. Three stars on Goodreads.
