Another book I read this week was Expressive Writing: Words that Heal. On a whole it is a book filled with writing exercises meant to help you process your traumas. All you need is four days to take down whatever in on your mind and then watch as your mood improves. Although I have never tried it expressive writing is therapeutic as long as you write for yourself without anyone judging you. It has many psychological and physical benefits and can prove a good way of therapy. All in all three stars on Goodreads for the novelty of the pieces of information received. Nothing out of the ordinary, nothing really life-changing. Just a book about writing about trauma efficiently.
