Take 65

Another book that I read this week was How to Keep People From Pushing Your Buttons. It is a guide on how to keep your anger in check by using so-called rational preferences instead of awfulizing, shoulding and rationalizing. It also contains the ten irrational beliefs that make us prone to being angry at others. Packed with examples on how to tone down your steam it reads easily. However, I was expecting something more ellaborate. There is also the fact that the authors argue that you are responsible for your feelings and that people get on your nerves because you willingly let them. I also found out that some emotions make you susceptible to anger, things such as depression and anxiety. All in all three stars on Goodreads.
