Another book that I read this week was So Good They Can't Ignore You. In it Cal Newport argues that the key to finding a career you love and in which you are succesful is not following your passion but building career capital. As much as I wanted to like this book I thought it was nothing more that 200 pages of obvious findings. Nothing out of the ordinary, nothing life-changing just common sense on how to win big in your career. So much for novelty I guess. So two stars on Goodreads and the feeling of lost time on my hands.
