This week's book was Mind Hacking. It is a simple book on how to train your mind to become more focused and positive. It contains exercises on getting positive loops into your brain, how to establish tiny goals and achieve them and some mentions of psychological experiments. Some of the stuff in the book I already knew, other stuff was completely new to me. I learned something about computer programming and the great geniuses of our time. Somehow, I did not get what I bargained for. As simple as the exercises were the language seemed a little bit like magical thinking. Too positive for my taste. All in all three stars on Goodreads for the novelty of the concept and the user-friendly style in which the book was written. Don't know if it has an added value though.
