Take 32

Another book that I read this week was It Doesn't Have to Be Crazy at Work. It's sort of a manifesto, sort of a best practices manual, sort of a mini-business book. It contains the principles of  Basecamp, a software company. I liked the style in which it was written: no bs and stuff. It's a quick read that argues that the most important thing for your business is to have an anti-hustle culture. Found the tiny nuggets of wisdom helpful, should you happen to run a company. Four stars on Goodreads.
