Take 16

Another book that I read this week was the Neuroscience of Personality. It's about the way in which the brains of the 16 MBTI types respond to external stimuli. Given the small size of the group upon which the research took place I highly doubt the findings of the studies are conclusive. From what I know the MBTI is a hoax, some sort of astrology and it is highly critiqued by scientists. So this book did not convince me. I found out some interesting pieces of information about the regions of the brain but that's about it. Two stars on Goodreads and leaving with the hope that I will read a better book soon.
