Another book that I read this week. It should have been longer. I don't think it's a killer book because the magic words are bound not to work in my country. The people here are very hard to convince and they hate sales people. It was interesting to read as a side note to the art of selling but nothing more. I gave it two stars on Goodreads hoping I will get to use the respective words and get the expected results.
